By entering into an agreement with Orchard Entertainment Agency, creators—including recording artists, performers, and social media influencers—acknowledge that certain intellectual property rights in submitted or acquired content may be assigned, licensed, or transferred to Orchard Entertainment Agency as specified in the applicable contract. This may include ownership or licensing rights to music recordings, visual media, digital content, and previously published social media materials provided to the Company. Orchard Entertainment Agency may reproduce, distribute, archive, sublicense, and commercially exploit such content across media platforms in accordance with the terms of the executed agreement. Creators confirm that they have the legal authority to grant these rights and understand that transferred intellectual property rights may be exercised by Orchard Entertainment Agency in perpetuity unless otherwise stated in writing.
